Director of SSW since October 2003.

My role at SSW is to develop  the organisation from being an open access workshop facility to one that is based around a programme of international visual arts residencies.

I am responsible for developing the artistic programme, raising funding to support it, and overall strategic direction of the organisation, including planning for capital development.
